I hold the Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) through PSYPACT, which allows me to provide therapy to residents of participating states. I'm also fully licensed in Colorado (#3404) and Hawai'i (#1972).

Is online therapy as effective? For most concerns: anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and couples work, the research shows outcomes comparable to in-person care. What matters far more than the medium is the fit between you and your therapist. That's what the free consultation is for.
