Self Esteem & Body Image
Countless men and women suffer from low self-esteem and negative body image. Not only do the imposed standards of beauty and body type contribute to our critical selves, messages of being "less than" are passed from mothers and fathers to children and friends. We have difficulty understanding what beauty truly is, and how being "who you are" actually feels. Being consumed by tormenting thoughts blocks our ability for letting insight into our experience of true self and everything we're capable of. Self criticism takes up all the space and energy that we could otherwise use to learn, grow, contribute and develop. Learn to see yourself as you perfectly are, not through the lens of others' insecurities. Foster your internal sense of meaning, worth and capability way beyond a standard external beauty as a multidimensional, perfectly imperfect person living and loving as your best self.
