Care Without Cost Barriers

Compassionate, Confidential, High-Quality Mental Health Care

I believe deeply that everyone deserves access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care that honors their unique story and humanity.

My practice is rooted in a heartfelt purpose: to connect, heal, and empower you on your journey toward greater well-being.

While many clinicians in Hawai‘i accept insurance, I’ve chosen to remain out-of-network throughout my almost 20 years in private practice. This approach allows me to protect your privacy and provide care without the limitations or disclosures often required by insurance companies. It gives us the freedom and flexibility to focus fully on what matters most—your healing.

Accessible Mental Health Support for Kamaʻāina

In deep appreciation for the privilege of living and working on Kānaka Maoli (Native Hawaiian) land, I am committed to making therapy accessible for Kamaʻāina—those native to or living in Hawai‘i. I believe this accessibility is not only my kuleana (responsibility), but a vital part of providing the care and support people both need and deserve.

Cost will not be a barrier to working with me. Please feel free to reach out directly to discuss fee-for-service options that are sustainable for you and your ʻohana (family). If we decide we’re a good fit, we’ll work together to determine a rate that feels fair and respectful to both of us.
