Therapy That Meets You Where You Are

At Live & Love Well , I offer individual therapy and couples counseling grounded in compassion, clinical depth, and nearly 20 years of experience. My approach is holistic and integrative, combining traditional psychotherapy with tools from mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and mind-body wellness to support your full, embodied healing. Whether you are working through anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, chronic illness, grief, or a life transition you didn’t see coming, this is a space where you can slow down, be honest, and begin to feel like yourself again.

Life is beautiful, messy, overwhelming, and unpredictable... often all at once. Individual therapy at Live & Love Well  is about understanding your incredible strengths while also tending to the places that need attention, adjustment, and care. Often, the healing and lightness come from simply recognizing your own humanity - learning to honor what you feel, observe your emotions without judgment, and understand the forces that have shaped your thoughts, behaviors, and patterns.

Together, we’ll build a plan that fits your life and supports your journey back to balance. I draw on both Eastern and traditional Western practices depending on your needs and preferences, and I work closely with an exceptional network of colleagues including primary care physicians, acupuncturists, yoga therapists, and bodyworkers to support your whole-person wellness.

I work with individuals navigating self-esteem and body image, anxiety, depression, and mood challenges, trauma and loss, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness, parenting and caregiving, teen and young adult concerns, and chronic pain and chronic illness.

therapy, couples counseling, marriage therapy

When your relationship feels stuck, disconnected, or in crisis, you deserve a therapist who specializes in couples work - not someone who simply offers it alongside everything else. Couples therapy is my passion, my expertise, and the heart of my clinical practice.

I’ve completed advanced training through The Couples Institute in the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy, and for over two decades I’ve continued to sharpen my skills through conferences, research, and ongoing professional education. Whether you are engaged, newly married, or have spent decades together, I help partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen their emotional connection.

Many couples experience meaningful shifts in as few as six sessions. The skills you build here don’t just transform your partnership, they create lasting positive change across every relationship in your life. Explore specific areas of couples work including communication skills, the parenting journey, healing after an affair, and building a stronger marriage.
