Parenting & Caregiving

Compassionate, practical support for one of life’s most meaningful roles. Parenting is deeply rewarding. It can also be overwhelming, confusing, and exhausting. Whether you’re parenting a toddler, navigating adolescence, or adjusting to changing family dynamics, the emotional demands of caregiving can take a toll on your mental health, relationships, and sense of self.
Even with the best intentions and stacks of parenting books, real life rarely follows a script. That’s why having consistent, professional support tailored to you and your family can be truly transformative.
I understand - both personally and professionally.
As a mother of two teenagers, I deeply relate to the unpredictable emotional terrain of parenthood. Some days, you feel confident and aligned. Other days, it feels like everything is falling apart - often within the span of a single hour.
That emotional whiplash is normal. It doesn’t mean you're doing it wrong. It means you care deeply.
And it means you're human.
Who I work with:
I work with parents of children at any age, from toddlers to teens, including new parents and postpartum caregivers, single parents and co-parents navigating complex dynamics, hānai and adoptive families, caregivers of children with emotional, behavioral, or developmental challenges, and parents balancing their own mental health while showing up for their families.
In our work together, we'll explore the emotional, relational, and developmental needs of both you and your children. You'll receive practical strategies, tools for emotional regulation, and non-judgmental support to help you parent from a place of confidence, clarity, and connection — focusing on whatever matters most to you and your family.
We may focus on:
We may focus on understanding your child's behavior through a developmental lens, communication strategies that foster trust and respect, navigating co-parenting or blended family systems, reducing parental burnout and managing stress, supporting your own mental health while showing up for others, and creating emotional safety and resilience at home.
What you can expect:
You won’t get perfection or judgment here. You’ll get real, research-informed tools, gentle encouragement, and a space to be honest about how hard this can be, while still celebrating how deeply it matters.
Together, we’ll work toward a more connected, compassionate, and emotionally resilient family system...starting with you. Let’s partner in parenting.
