I offer a free, fifteen-minute phone or video telehealth consultation to determine if we're a good initial fit.  We'll identify what you're looking to attend to and how you want to transform your life for the better.   I'm happy to answer any questions about how I work, my therapeutic process, fees, etc.  From there, we will schedule our first therapy session and begin the journey towards your best possible life!
