Welcome to live & love well™.

You've just taken a meaningful step. Whether you're here because something in your life feels off, you're facing a challenge you can't navigate alone, or you're simply ready for things to feel better — I'm really glad you found your way here.

At live & love well. I offer a space that is thoughtful, steady, and genuinely supportive. Therapy is about more than problem-solving. It is about coming home to yourself — finding clarity, strengthening relationships, and reconnecting with the parts of you that feel most authentic, connected, and grounded.

Who I Am and How I Work

For nearly 20 years, I've walked alongside individuals and couples through moments of change, crisis, healing, and growth. I bring a seasoned, compassionate presence to our work -one that is both honest and hopeful. My style is collaborative, down-to-earth, and yes, sometimes humorous, because healing doesn't have to be heavy all the time.

My approach to therapy is holistic and integrative. I combine the depth of traditional psychotherapy with evidence-based tools from mindfulness, nervous system regulation, movement, nutrition, and Eastern medicine practices. This whole-person lens supports more than your mental health - it supports your full, embodied wellbeing.

Everything I do is guided by the Jewish value of tikkun olam - the commitment to repairing what has been harmed and making life more whole. That ethic shapes how I practice, from the way I protect your privacy and dignity to the scholarship program I created to make quality care more accessible.

Couples Therapy Is at the Heart of My Work

Relationships are central to much of what I do, and I am an expertly trained couples specialist. I help partners move through disconnection, conflict, parenting stress, illness, infidelity, or loss of intimacy - and toward stronger communication, deeper emotional safety, and a relationship that truly feels like home for both of you.

Whether you are coming in together or doing your own individual work, repair is always possible. It does not require perfection. It asks you to show up, stay curious, and remain open - even when it's uncomfortable.

A Safe, Affirming Space for Everyone

As a Jewish therapist, I offer a culturally responsive, deeply affirming space for those navigating grief, identity, or the emotional impact of today's social and political climate. live & love well is an intentional safe haven for Jewish clients and our allies - and a welcoming space for people of all identities, backgrounds, beliefs, and lived experiences. You do not need to be Jewish to belong here. You only need to be human.

Where I Practice

I see teens, adults, and couples in person in Colorado and Hawai'i, and I also offer secure video sessions across more than 35 PSYPACT states through the Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT).

Wherever you are right now, you don't have to carry it alone. Let's take the next step, together.

Live well. Love well. You deserve both.
